Mike Hinkel
Senior Project Manager

Mike has spent the past 15 + years working in the commercial construction industry. From his beginnings as an Equipment Operator, Field Superintendent, General Superintendent and as a Project Manager and Estimator with some of the most established earthwork and underground utility contractors in the Colorado region, Mike joined the OE team in 2009 as an Estimator and Senior Project Manger. When he’s not at a job site or in the office you’ll find him spending time with his family and when there’s any extra time, out hunting and fishing or playing a good game of paintball.

Joe Bergles
Estimator

Joe is a Wisconsin native with AutoCad and AgTek drafting and design experience in residential and commercial construction. Joe joined OE in 2008 as an earthwork and underground utility estimator. Joe is an avid roller and ice hockey player, nothing gets past this guy. Joe is our resident “cheese head”.

Audrey Prince
Assistant Project Manager

Audrey has worked for a number of well known and established General Contractors and Subcontractors for the past 15 years in the commercial construction industry. Audrey joined the OE team to help manage projects and utilize her project engineering, coordination and project management skills. Audrey spends her “spare” time gardening, camping, snow shoeing and taking care of her family. She is an asset to the OE team and is definitely “one of the guys”.
